The Team comprises Chartered and European Patent Attorneys qualified to advise and act for clients in relation to UK and European patent law and practise, as well as trade mark, design and copyright matters.

We represent clients primarily before the following authorities:

- the UK Intellectual Property Office, formerly the Patent Office

- the European Patent Office (EPO) based in Munich

- the Office for Harminisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) based in Alicante

- the UK Patents County Court.
