Success for Far Eastern Manufacturing and TLC Southern

We are delighted to have succesfully represented our clients Far Eastern Manufacturing and TLC Southern in defending an allegation of patent infringement at the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.  The Judge found EnOCEAN GmbH's patent for an "electromagentic energy converter"  to be invalid and, as such, could not be infringed by our client's Quinetic Wireless Switch range products.  The full judgement can be found here.  The key arguments for lack of inventive step can be found at paragraphs 61 to 78 of the judgement.
