Team

The Team comprises Chartered and European Patent Attorneys qualified to advise and act for clients in relation to UK and European patent law and practise, as well as trade mark, design and copyright matters.

We represent clients primarily before the following authorities:

• the UK Intellectual Property Office, formerly the Patent Office
• the European Patent Office (EPO) based in Munich
• the UK Patents County Court.

On the patents side, our STEM backgrounds put us in a unique position to advise technical teams looking to protect their innovations with patents.
